Spicy FOOD, i eat it alottttttt how bad is it?

Hi i eat alottttttttt of spicy, i mean anyone that knows me knows this about me, tell me to stop, i can't, i eat so much hot cheetos, and just hot on every food i eat , people say it's bad, but how bad, ? what can happen, i've been eating hot stuff, especially the hot chips, since i was like 11 if not earlier, i can't remember lately i've been eating the new black bag of these flamin hot cheetos that are supposed to be double the hot of the regular, well i just wanted to know what can happen and how i can stop, but more, i wanna know the bad stuff that can happen cuz , as i said i've been eating it since i was 11 and i'm 19 right now, help thanks!:) :D

  • i can tell you right now its really bad.... ive been eating hot foods including peppers and hotsauce since i was around 7 im 21 now... for 3 years ive suffered horrible stomach pains... throwing up for hours in and out of the hospital...and now come to find out i have a bleeding ulcer... which for some reason im still not getting it taken care of which isnt good... i LOVE hot foods.. if i eat any.. throwing up... on the toilet.... feeling sick... sleep for hours...so im not telling you to stop eating it but do it in small portions
