  • Let's get started:can you describe your eating habits? Also, do you cook your own food? do you always eat out?explain your surroundings: new carpet, new car? do you work with chemicals?anything you collect: fragrance, magazines, etc.Are you familiar with probiotics?

Also, it would make sense that you developed problems when eating legumes like beans, dahl, chole, etc.I think your problem is you had or have intestinal permeability (Leaky Gut Syndrome)- when your gut is weak you develop intolerance to the food that you eat every day. Also your immune system becomes very weak.I am going to tell you what to do until you go to the doctor:* Stop eating sugar, sweets, milk.*Do not eat processed food. Avoid fried food.*Avoid eating breads and rice (because I suspect you have Candida Albicans or another fungus infection). Eat green vegetables.* When you eat, practice food combining rules : protein with vegetables, starch or carbs with vegetables, eat fruits alone. Never eat fruit with other foods. Never eat meats with carbs. Example : Do not eat lamb with rice. Do not eat lamb with nam/bread. * Eat anti inflammatory foods: parsnip, yam, other sweet potatoes, onion, carrots, broccoli.* Avoid tomato, potato, eggplant- because they cause inflammation.Part of the problem is that you have intolerance to spice- because usually spice helps you digest the food.* You need to learn the difference between alkaline and acidic food. Most of the food you it is very acidic in the body. Learn from this link:http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/acidalkfoods.html* Take probiotics. Probiotics is a cultive of bacteria. This bacteria is good for your body. It grows in your intestine and protects it. Everybody has friendly bacteria but when you take medication, it dies. So you can ask your doctor or you can buy it at the pharmacy- it comes in pills and powder. It is harmless. It will help with a lot of the intestinal discomfortAs I think that your gut is weak, you need to stay away from all kind of strong odors. Eliminate strong chemicals from your home. These chemicals are toxic- and your immune system is weak so you might have sudden reactions. Eliminate perfume too- at least for now. Store magazines, books, chemical products away from where you sleep.Remember- the intestine is a very big part of your immune system. When people have intestinal permeability- the food they eat goes into the blood before digestion! That makes the body create intolerance ( like the spice and the beans). Healthy people can always tolerate healthy food.* Rotate your diet. Try to vary your meals and eat as much as you can raw.*Take a high quality multi vitamin/mineral supplement.* Drink fish oil everyday- the omega 3 fatty acid helps your intestinal track heal. If you are allergic to fish, then drink flaxseed oil (from the linen plant). Please make sure you take the vitamins and mineral supplements! that's very very important. When you go to the doctor- as to be tested for Candida Albicans, intestinal permeability, and H. Pylori. If you can not get the test- just assume you have these conditions, as it is easy to get well by following the directions.http://www.positivehealth.com/permit/Articles/Nutrition/candida.htmhttp://www.gloriagilbere.com/InvisibleIllnesses.htmhttp://www.thewolfeclinic.com/newsletter/newsletter0004.htmlhttp://www.afpafitness.com/articles/LEAKGUT4.HTMhttp://www.mdheal.org/leakygut.htmhttp://www.beyondhealth.com/articles.htmRead all of these links carefully Even if the doctor don't think you have leaky gut or Candida, or Pylori, the food combination, and the supplements will help your track.*If you feel you need to wear perfume because your body is too acid, rancid or smells metallic- that means you need sauna and bath with vinegar, bath with salt and ginger, bath with clay or mud. If you don't have a top- apply with a wet towel.http://www.ourlittleplace.com/mcs.htmlTake care- I promise you these measures won't be in vain.
