lower chest tightness

I've just recently gotten over a cold with a stuffy nose/face/muscle aches/weakness/headache. It has been a few days and everything seems to have cleared up except that now I have lower chest tightness.

I've had asthma my whole life, but this is nothing like any asthma I've had. Usually my chest tightness is in the upper chest, but this is almost at my stomach. Also, it is not giving me any difficulty breathing. I have an albuterol inhaler and I've taken it, with no change.

Any ideas?
