For the past three years I have been regurgitating food... My husband started joking that I don't like his BBQ. Hah. Sorry, but I like BBQ and I don't particularly care to lose my steak. So I guess I can rule out Bulemia since I'm not binging or forcing myself to do this... It does happen more often when I am eating meat and lately with increasing frequency. I'm going to be seeing a Dr soon but almost once a day now I am losing parts of meals. I will sit down to eat and when I swallow it feels like my esophagus constricts and then I'm in the restroom... I would say I am vomiting except it's all undigested. When it happens I have breathing problems and cold sweats. I can't wash it down with water or anything do much of anything until the food comes back up. I am going to ask for an allergy test, although I don't think this is allergy related unless I'm allergic to EVERYTHING. I do sometimes have symptoms of anaphylaxic shock (i.e. my lips, mouth, and esophagus will swell and I have excessive saliva and difficulty breathing) when I have certain shellfish, pecans, avacado, banana, sometimes tomato and other foods. Yep... I don't know I should probably ask a Dr. I don't like to see them and I have never mentioned any symptoms when I've been hopefully it's nothing and I don't have some rare disease where I could die anytime I eat...haha.. I don't know..
