Hello, I'm 67 and have been getting random periods of nausea completely out of the blue. They last a few hours and then I get a week or so of good health, good appetite, no weight loss and then I get another one and have to go to bed and lie down as I feel absolutely dreadful. Sometimes I get a loose(ish) stool but not actually bad diarrhoea. I've not lost weight but could this be cancer do you think??
