This is a problem that has bothered me for years and I just wondered if anyone had any ideas about what might be going on.
If I eat more than about 40% of calories from fat, I wake up around 3am and can't get back to sleep for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Which leaves me feeling pretty tired the next day.
If I really crank up the fat, my stool 24 hours later (my transit time) will be very loose.
Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on?
