My doctor is giving me the run around. I need help celiac panel came back neg, immunoglobulin A normal, Antigliadin Abs, IgG normal, Abd IgA 0-4 is normal range mine is 5 (high) t-Transglutaminase IgG normal. I just also had my appendex taken out two weeks ago. My Dr. told me I have celiec spru. I am wondering with my results is it poss that it was my appendex? I am very anemic as well. She also told em that my biopsy came back abnormal from my endoscopy. I dont want to go on this gluten free wheat free diet if i dont have too.   • if your biopsy came back as indicative of coeliac disease then i am afraid that the only thing you can do is go onto a gluten-free diet. If you dont stick to a gluten-free diet then it can increase your risk of bowel cancer and the anemia will not get any better. Gluten-free diet isnt so bad, there are many plaxces now that sell gluten free foods and they have improved alot x clare
