I first tried Activia last year. I ate it for 2 weeks and it really seemed to work. I did this on and off for a few months and then quit eating it. I recently started eating Activia again and it seems like if I eat it everyday by the 3rd day I will have intense cramps and multiple trips to the bathroom. I now have started to only use Activia once a week or even once every other week when I feel my stomach is a little irregular.
