Hi I have been to the same doctor about six times about my pain in my knee and i have had all different results and different medications. i consulted the surgery near to were i live and i asked for a different doctor, this however was appointed to as a failure because they said i couldnt possible change doctors for some odd reason. i have had different medication such as cocodamol, penicillin, and even omeprezol which has no benefit in helping the straineous pain going toward my knee. i am looking to sue because i dont see this is fair and i just need to know if this is the right thing to do.
