Tingling sensation in left wrist. Have recently bought a punching bag and it may be an injury from that causing swelling that might be pressing on a nerve. There aren't any visible signs of swelling. However, I do drink a lot of energy drinks and eat a lot of sugar. I'm most somewhat underweight.

Suggestions?
And how long should I wait for the tingling to stop before consulting a doctor? It's been about 3 days already.
