I have type2 diabetiesHallo CROC50One of the side effects from high Blood Glucose concentrations is to fill you tired. You can not continue all your life to treat your DM with diet and exercise. The only one who can help you is your physician. Ask him to make a relevant blood analyses to get knowledge about your situation. Probably you shod have same medications for your DM-II, it cud be a SulphonylUrine tablets ( the Chemical poisons) or Insulin. I personally prefer Insulin, because it is a natural product and not a chemical poison.Don
