Not sure if I should post this here or somewhere else but it is a question relating to diabetes. My doctor sent me for mulitple tests thinking that I'm hyperthyroid or diabetic. I got the results today but found that they ran a A1C test and didn't do the fasting blood glucose test I was told they would. Should I request the glucose test? I feel like crap. The A1C came back as 5.7 so they said I shouldn't worry.
