When I wake up sugar is between 70-83 thats snacking during the night. After meals sugars goes to 90-102 once up to 190 after big meal rapidly dropped to 73 .I have passing out feelings if I don't eat every 3 hours and if I don't snack during the night I wake up clammy sweaty, pale and pupils look strange.
