Diabetic kidney disease

I have diabetes type 2, and have problems with memory. I forget to take meds and to eat.

I have lost 50% of my kidney function, and have accessed community senior nursing care to help me take better control of my diabetes.

It hasn't started yet since there is a waiting list of one month.

Has anyone had similar difficulties?
