could cinnamon have altered my test results?!

i've been feeling very very tired lately, very lazy, uncomfortable, along with frequent urination that started a year ago as far as i can remember, i have a dry mouth so i feel thirsty and drink a lot, but no hunger and no weight loss, i also have been having dry ******* lately and i read it could be retrograde ejaculation which is a complication of diabetes!!! i also had sort of random blurred visions that will return to normal again in two or three days, i also have shin spots i can upload pics to confirm, i'm suspecting that i'm diabetic but the fasting blood glucose test came negative!!!!!....

i'm worried though that i took a full teaspoon of cinnamon the day before, i'm already feeling slightly better on taking a teaspoon of cinnamon with every meal, but i'm worried that that might have altered my test results, any help and advice is appreciated, thx a lot!
