Hi Everybody,
I have a problem with my front tooth. A week ago it started to be very, very sensitive. Mainly temperature but I can feel sort of ""needle pain" also while eating. Did anyone of you had something like this? The tooth was chipped a little bit (ca 0.5 mm) when I had a car accident but it was 10 years ago and so far I did not have any problems with it. I use a good Elmex tooth paste for sensitive teeth for years. It is not a decay issue so I try not to go to a dentist. They are sooooo expensive. Can anyone tell me how to help it?

Thanks a lot. Pawel
