Mucogingival Problems

hiii all

last week i went to my Proffesor in the university to show him my periodontal charting
everything was ok, except 1 problem that I forgot to draw the mucogingival line in the Lingual area of the mandible
so the Proffesor asked me : why do we draw the mucogingival line or the mucogingival line indicate what?
i told him , we need it to know if there is mucogingival problems.
he said : u r right , but what r the mucogingival problems ?
i said: i dont know
he said: go and search for it

so plz can any1 tell me what r the mucogingival problems ?
