In the last 4 years I have had occasional pain in my right upper and lower molar intermittently. The dentist told me it might be a crack but that it wasnt really doing anything.
Since then Ive discovered that I grind my teeth ( dont have a bite plate yet) and my wisdome teeth are impacted. I also had 2 cavities filled ( one in the upper one in the lower right molars). As soon as the upper was filled I began to get tooth pain. At first the dentist couldn't decide if it was root canal, wisdom tooth, sinus infection or grinding. He reset my bite a few times and eventually the pain went away. Then he filled my bottom tooth and my top began to hurt again and my bottom. when he reset my bite the pain mostely went away. But now my gums are very 'itchy' and i am getting pain that feels like pressure in the front of my mouth. Very recently Ive been having very painful gum pain behind my upper right molar(it started before a very stressful committee meeting). It feels like my upper molar has moved in just 24 hours. Advil doesnt help and the only relief i get is a few minutes from ice cubes.
