hy.i'm writing on behalf of mother whose son had spina bifida.he was operated 3 days after he was born.now he's 7 years old and he has fecale and urinary incostinence.he doesn't feel when he has to go to the toilet.he still wares pampers at 7 years.she went to a lot of doctors around here and they said he may have sphincter,but they aren't sure.please tell me a hospital or a doctor where she can go with the child .
