Hello Doctor,
Greetings for the day!!

I am in start of 6th month pregnant and just did my ultrascan 28th feb in which doctor indicated Congenital PVS Obstraction Uratro Pelvic problem in both the kidneys of the fetus. There is a sweeling in both the kidneys as the urine is not passing to equal amount of its collection. Heard doctor saying that the sweeling is in cms to both kidney but differnt measure. There is urine in bladder but in less amount means the vein is narrow due to which the flow is very thin.

I have been asked to do detailed organ scan after 2 weeks to check if all organs in fetus is fine. I am really tensed as i went through net came across that such problem occurs very rare. Please advise me what is the reason for such problem and is that harmful for my unborn baby in its furthur development of body or any risk to life??

Pls give me some ray of light to ease myself from this tension. Advise me best way of treatment either by medicine or afer birth surgery or any your valuable suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Good Day & Regards,
