for over a week now i have been having a pins and needles type feeling in my feet and my hands immediately after i take a deep breath. its happening after i yawn or do a good stretch too. at first it was a tingling feeling but now it is just a dim pins and needles feeling. does anyone know what this is? im really scared, im only 28 and have a young daughter. i thought of hyperventilation but it happens when im calm and in bed or just sitting or standing normally- no anxiety or anything, and its just a deep breath every now and then. please help!!!!!!!
