Hi everyone,

My blood test results for my B12 level came back at 176. I had already been taking B12 tablets for a few months before this test happened and have now been taking them for a further 6 months post this test. I do need to get retested but I do not feel any better. At the time of my test results my dr told me to just change my diet, but I have a very good diet high in good proteins and dairy products and green veg etc. He did not even tell me to take tablets I just started taking them myself when I suspected my level was low myself before I even had the test. Anyway I started eating crazy amounts of chicken and cheese and drinking a few pints of milk a day as my dr said change my diet....it hasn't helped, and the tablets haven't helped. I know about shots but he did not mention these or tablets like I said just diet.

Shall I just keep going with diet and tablets or do I need shots?
