Hi, I've been suffering with lower back problems for a while now. It varys which side it's on, it's at the top of my bottom and sometimes my legs ache because of it. It's almost as if I've got no circulation in them, thats the only way I can describe it. It is worse when I'm in bed. Just recently though my hips have started to hurt and I keep getting dull aches in my tummy and it's a little swollen to. I've been to the docs a number of times about this and I've done everything they have told me, exercise, lose weight, (I'm slightly over weight)

I've had an x ray aswell, but they just found the bone was just normal where and tear. I begrudge going back to the doctors as I dont want to get fobbed of again!!

It's just making me feel so low!!
