Hello,
I'm a freelance reporter for CNN and I'm writing a story about dealing
with people who give unsolicited advice. I was trying to think of
people who might have to deal with do-gooders on an every day basis
and I came across this message board and I thought I would try to contact some of you. With
your chronic hiccup condition I imagine you
must get comments about potential cures on a daily basis. I would
love to interview your for
my story, but my deadline is on Wednesday NYC time. If you have any
time between now and then I would love to speak with you. The story
will run on CNN.com's living section. This is an example of another
story I've written for the site
http://www.cnn.com/2008/LIVING/wayoflife/04/11/lw.grandma.roomie/index.html
I would prefer to speak with you
over the phone, but if it's easier for you, perhaps you could just
answer the following questions. Feel free to answer any or all

When you're having a chronic hiccup bout, what kind of advice to
people give you on a daily basis?
Do people just walk up and start yammering away?
How do you respond?
Would you prefer they didn't offer any recommendations at all or is
there some other way people could go about speaking their minds?
Do you get a lot of the same suggestions over and over?
What advice do you have for other people who recieve unsolicited advice?
Anything else you might like to ad is welcomed.

If I interview you I will need to include your full name, age and provide your phone number to my editors so they don't think I just made you up!

Thank you very much and I hope to speak to you soon. My email is SenoraEscritora@Gmail.com
