I wanted to share what has made me go from constipated for days to feeling wonderful. I have been on the raw food diet for 12 weeks. Raw food moves through your system in 8 hours (average). So I pass breakfast and lunch the same day I eat them. For supper, I have green veggie juice, which has no fiber so nothing to pass. So I often go to bed with an empty colon. Compare that to going once a day. The colon is 1' in each of three sections. Once a day, means you only pass 1/3 of yesterdays food. Monday's breakfast may not pass til Thursday.
