I have diverticulosis & immediately after a colonoscopy had excruciating pain, dismissed w/out any medical advice. 4 days later finished in emergency, iatrogenic spleen injury with hematoma was diagnosed, hospitalized some hours to monitor blood & provided IV solutions. Suffering 3 autoimmune disorders & begged to keep the spleen. Not obtain explanations about why 3 weeks later persisted abdominal pain, swelling, sensibility, can not be over left or right side, had very tiny stools, pale like white off & until 17 days after colonoscopy. It was recommended to return to work bcs symptoms are due to depression. Also have rectal pain during bowel movement & flatulence & blood with fluids is seeing after bowel movement; deep pain & discomfort in rectum, pubis, R groin, R upper and lower quadrants w/ intermittent internal burning sensation. Can I have more complications? When the risk of internal bleeding will disappear? What I have to do?
