i would like to describe the problem in patients own words....
"I am unable to get up after waking up because i feel like my 'chest about to explode', i feel like i have no energy when i wake up. This problem does not appear when I go to sleep at 11 oclock at night and i have to wakes up at 6am... it appears when I sleep again at 8am and i wake up again at 12pm or when if I am woken up from sleep."
She does NOT describes the sensation as PAIN, she DOES NOT have difficulty in breathing then , Only the sensation as if the CHEST WILL EXPLODE (retrosternal area). Sensation was not described as pressure.
