im 19 years old and i think i have a barrel chest. i have kinda noticed it for a couple years now but it hasnt really been bothering me til within the last year. at first i thought i might have pectus carinatum but my chest is more rounded instead of pointy. i think my barrel chest is somewhat mild no one really notices it everyone just thinks im really skinny. but im tired of trying to cover it up and i wanted to know if theres any exercises i can do to help minimize the appearance. and as of now i dont seem to have any of the symptoms of it such as short breath or lack of energy but could this get worse over time? any help will be appreciated.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
