2 months ago I suffered a pneumomediastinum that they think was caused by a micro perferation of my esophogus. Since then I have continued to have severe chest to back pain on my left side and just recently, my blood pressure has gotten higher, and the pain has started to go down my left arm and into my fingers. I saw a cardiologist today and he said my heart's okay which is fantastic, but does anyone have any idea what could be causing this continuing pain? The GI doc says its not my esophogus.
