I havent been able to find out about the following which happened a couple of weeks back.
My alarm woke me really startling me awake so I was thinking "oh bet my heart is pounding from that" so put my fingers on my neck pulse expecting to feel it racing.
To my surprise it was actually slow and going like bomp..... bomp..... bomp..... then I would feel my fingers go in as like the whole area contracted??? where I was feeling the pulse and sunk (I couldnt feel any pulse when it went in) and then back to bomp..... bomp......bomp...... then all sank in again .. and kept repeating in that pattern.
Does that sound like just a missed heart beat??? I thou wouldnt have thought the whole area where I was feeling the pulse would like sink in like that ... what would cause that????????
A friend of mine said maybe I had muscle spasms happening in my neck or something like that which interfered with me feeling the pulse and made the area seem to sink in .. but I would of thought if it was that, I would of realised it was muscular??
Could the sink in be feeling my neck vein collapse due to missing heart beat???????????????????? bought on by the shock of being startled awake. (I possibly may of low blood volume..would that cause a sink in feel if heart beat was missing).
