Visible veins (not vericose veins)

All the blue veins in my left arm and shoulder suddenly became extraordinarily visible. I stood at a mirror and held my arms out. My left arm I could see every blue vein. My right arm looked normal. There was no pain, maybe a little tingling but that could just have been in my head. After about 3 minutes it went away. This happened twice. What is it? I'm pretty healthy, so I'm more curious than concerned.

  • I started having that every now and then like a year ago, and now I have it all the time and several other symptoms. If anyone knows what this is please do share! Please!
