Hello all,

For the past two weeks I have been experiencing shortness of breath and tightness in my chest. I also feel like my heart is racing at times and am more fatigue. Every time I try to eat I take one bite and lose my appetite. I do feel anxious a lot so I guess it could be a panic attack, it is just strange for it to come from no where all of a sudden. I am 24 years old and have always been in pretty good shape. I have not gone to the Dr. yet but should be going to get blood work done this week. Has anyone else had similar problems and have been diagnosed? Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.
