I am a 20 year old female. For the past three years, I have had sudden dizzy spells brought on at random with no known triggers. Sometimes its after I eat, sometimes when I haven't eaten in a while, sometimes when I've gotten an injection, sometimes when I'm just walking through the store. I have attributed it to sudden drops in my blood pressure, because every time I have taken my blood pressure while feeling that way, it was extremely low. Once I was at the health department when this happened, and the nurse couldn't even measure my blood pressure because it was too low.
Also, I have experienced sudden chest pains for the past few months that are almost crippling in pain, but only last a few minutes and are worst when I breath in. I have decided that this is probably just pre-cordial catch syndrome, but with these drops in blood pressure get me worried when I am also having chest pains.
