stress related heart palpatations

hello I have been having skipped heart beats for a few years now but lately they have been getting worse. most of the time they are stress related. the last time my heart acted up it was palpatating for around 40-65 min and was induced by severe stress. my blood pressure is fine and i am not fat, if more information is needed i will respond with what little i know. Also i have been under stress practicaly all my life and i cant change that. i am a 17 year old male of 145-150 Lb. thank you for your time.:)
