hi. i am 35 and a mom of three girls 13, 11, and 7. during very stressful moments, which is often, i feel very overwelmed and i have a hard time breathing. at this time, my lips will turn a blue/purple color. i am on thyroid medication, have low blood sugar that is hard to stabilize, and have a history of heart problems in my family, mostly the women. i was wondering if this is just my body losing oxygen from all the stress or is this actually a sign of a serious problem. what does anyone else think i should do?
