I am experiencing stabbing, sharp pains in the middle of my chest for about the past 5 hours non stop feel like it more on the bone-- movement of any kind makes it worse as well as, pressing on the area, deep breath, yawns, etc...---i am only 24 and not over weight---i have had this same issue once before about 2-3 weeks ago and it went away after 5 mins now it wont--i am not involved in sports or any strenous exercising and no prior chest injuries---any suggestions on what could be causing this??
