Severe Raynaud’s or Something Else?

Has anyone had their Raynaud’s disease/phenomenon extend up the arm and leg? I’ve been having this coldness going up and down my left side (arm and leg). When I have this, I also have some pressure behind the eye and funny sensation at the back of the head toward my neck. I get dizzy and naturally have some vision problems with the pressure behind the eye. My doctor flips between calling it Raynauds and calling it classic migraine…and nothing is done for it. He says he would ordinarily prescribe calcium channel blockers but as I have somewhat low blood pressure, he’s afraid I would pass out from it. Anyone with similar experience? And if so, any advice to ease the pain?
