Hello I am 19 years old get low amounts of exercise I have undiagnosed BAD anxiety, I say I know I have it because I have panic attacks whenever I am around too many people I don't know.

My problem is this, after I wake up from sleeping I have these minor dull background headaches and I get this very dull painfull ache that pulsates every 30-45 seconds for about 5 minutes, on the left side of my chest just left of the sternum aka exactly where the heart is, after I wake up, I've been up 14 hours now and I am afraid to sleep because when I woke up today it lasted about 10 minutes.

i can't go to the doctor because I have no insurance, and I'd rather die then be in debt for the rest of my life, and my family doesn't believe me because they think I am fakeing and just trying to be lazy. This is also why I don't have anxiety meds so I can actually get a job and be a productive member of society...now this pulsating pain in my chest just makes things worse.

Little more info: My jaw aches dullely a lot, I have been diagnosed with PTSD and Depression disorders.

Any knowledgeable help is appreciated I can't just go to the doctor because of my anxiety so I just want to know what it is :(
