I have a question regarding my heart, though I think it may not be serious. But, just in case, here goes...
Most of the times, after I eat my heart rate tends to increase. It pumps harder and somewhat faster. There is no pain whatsoever, though, just that I have to breathe a little bit harder to accomodate with my increased heart rate. I lead a considerable healthy lifestyle: no smoking, no drinking, exercise once per week, balanced diet.. I'm a 22-year-old female. My BMI is 21. I've experienced this heart issue for a few years now.
