Today i (28 y/o male) had a sharp pain that i never experienced before right underneath my left nipple or left breast. If happened after i was urinated. It came for less than a minute. I tried to take a deep breath but it hurt and then it just went away. I took a sip of water and didn't have any pain breathing at all. Just wondering if it was related to the heart at all, though it was not really near the sternum. It just freaked me out. Right now (somehours afterwards) i don't have pain, am breathing fine. I was reading about precordial catch syndrome and wondering if it was that. Or I also have GERD and had taken my nexium later than usual, after breakfast. I was wondering if it was perhaps related to gas.

  • Precordial Catch Syndrome. Its a normal thing. Google it. It happens on kids, and teens, but sometimes to adults. I have this, and at first I thought my heart is about to blow up. Then I talked to my doc and he was like ...its pcs. No biggie. But do talk to ur doc if you can.
