Nosebleeds and varicocele

I'm 22 years old, I have been having sleeping problems since I entered university, when I was 18. I sleep 10 to 12 hrs a day and I still feel tired. I have trouble waking in the morning (It takes hours for me to get off my bed). I fall asleep in EVERY single class I have, no matter if it's in the morning or in the evening. When I wake up in the morning, my nose is completely dry, I can barely breathe (sometimes I have mucus and sometimes not), I usually have nosebleeds (I ended up one day in the hospital because I wasn't able to stop it). I had problems in one testicle and I had two surgeries (1 year between them) to treat varicocele, but it still hurts. I don't know what is wrong with me, please if someone knows anything about a condition like this, I really need help.
