I am a 22 male.. i have GERD, stomach ulcer, anxiety and i kind of strained my chest muscles two weeks ago.. but for the past two years whenever i am laying on my stomach i would feel an intense ripping feeling under the left breast as i lift my lower body up and move it to the left wi, when im standing up or sitting down i feel no pain at all.. its only when im laying down and move awkwardly like that

the picture above gives you an idea on the way i sleep with one arm raised straight but actually laying on my stomach
took several EKG's at my doctors office and the emergency room and it comes back normal BUT a slow heart beat.. 49-60 it jumps to 70-80 whenever i take a deep breathe

X Ray and Cat Scan came out clean but im not sure if their looking vessels instead of bones and muscles

also currently deep breaths bring a burning or light rip feeling on the left chest directly under the nipple

i wanted to know if anyone ever experienced something like this? im setting up an appointment for the heart specialist tomorrow but it might take awhile.. i also have a PCP clinic appointment at the hospital, is there any tests that i should tell them to run that can spot this? thanks

Very strongly point towards musculoskeletal issue. You can get this worked up with a heart guy, but in the end chances are you will just end up being prescribed some exercises to do at home or physical therapy.

You can get this worked up, but the end result is most likely you will end up getting prescribed some home exercises, or physical therapy.
