i've had this issue for over a year now. i never really noticed it until this year. im a 16 year old female, average height and weight, and i eat healthily for the most part. but when i talk, a vein on the left side of my neck bulges out! i am extremely self conscious about it now, because everyone i talk to stares at it. what could be the cause, and what could be a way for it to stop bulging out? when i poke it hard enough, i feel a pain near my heart area, so (obviously) they're connected. could this be a heart problem?
thanks in advance.
