I am only 28 years old and i have mild Mitral regurgitation. I am asymptomatic, i am very active and work out pretty intensly at the gym at least 4 days a week. I'd rather not take heart medication at 28 years old if i didn't have to. I know this is NOT good to have MR @ 28, but is it something i should worry about now, or not worry about until i have symptoms?
