Both family members when pressing down on the chest there is some thing that feels like a lump it feels like a the size of a marble or grape.

It apears to be in the lower part of the chest is this the heart or liver? Or is some thing swollen? It apears to be the sternum?

There is no pain or and other medical problems.

Doing some web checking other people seem to have this .

So is this normal?
