Low blood pressure

Is it normal to have low blood pressure in the mornings? My blood pressure is normal when I get up in the morning 106/86 and thereabouts, then after I eat and shower, it drops to 97/68, then goes back to normal a couple of hours later.
At what point is low blood pressure too low?
