Over the past two weeks I have had constant tingling and numbness in my left hand pinky and ring finger. Any suggestions about what the best specialist to visit would be?

  • Dear, your symptoms are indicative of ulnar nerve entrapment, and can be caused by things like constantly leaning on your elbow, holding your phone between neck and shoulder and repetitive motion. You should seek a consult with your physician, and the likely treatment will be to , use anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofin. The condition is not serious, but if it goes untreated it can lead to irreparable damage to the nerve. Be well, Dear! Mary N.
