I few times over the last couple of weeks I would get hungry all of the sudden and go really fainty/shakey and I get really hot flushes and go incredibly sweaty (even on cold days outside). I know the simple solution is to eat, but I can't always do that when I'm in class or on transport with no food.

What should I do? It is really embarrassing because I literally have to shove food down ASAP or I faint.

BTW: I used to have really low blood pressure but its pretty much average now. I've always been a fainter though.

  • I googled it.. It sounds just like what I go through when I'm hungry, but maybe a bit too extreme. Should I still get it tested?
