Hey, I've taken my blood pressure at work twice now. The first time it was 144/72, the second time, a few weeks later it was 144/62. I've learned that the ideal pressure is 120/80 in biology class. I'm certainly not losing sleep over this, but is this something that should be checked out, or something that might be influenced by another problem such as anxiety, depression or another disorder? (which I suspect at times something is wrong mentally, but thats another story)
