If possible, I would like a doctor or medical person to respond to this.
I have been taking BP meds for years. I also have anxiety problems. I think I worry that my BP will be high and this is what makes it so high at times. This is how anxiety works on me, I think something will be bad and it aggravates my problem.
My numbers sometimes are in the 150's/90. My question is, at what point are things really bad? I know that 140/90 is the baseline for high BP.
I see a doctor regularly, so I am keeping myself monitored.
